Since there was not a quorum action was not taken at this meeting. Dr. Tracey expressed his support for the re appointment of Ruben Mendoza, MD to the position of Medical Director and for the adoption of the proposed fee schedule. After the meeting Mr. Callahan contacted the other Board members. Ms. Donovan, Dr. McNamara, Mr. Lalime and Ms. Lemmon were in favor of the re appointment of Ruben Mendoza, MD to the position of Medical Director and for the adoption of the proposed fee schedule. The motions passed unanimously.
