ITT COMMITTEE MINUTES

MARCH 12, 2003

ATTENDANCE: Ed Schmidt, Gerald Foley, John Silbert, Larry Manzi,
Craig Reichenbach, Dave Lepus, Peter Berry, Mike Yeosock, Tom Schadlich,
Chris Buswell, Fred Gilden, John Lindquest, David Wrinn, Kevin Poruban.

Phase I draft needs assessment report was discussed, it will be completed by next meeting on March 19 at 3:00 pm in room 101. Also the maps for proposed expansion of WAN and service requirements will be discussed at the next meeting.

There was discussion of the status of the Police Station and Brien McMahon Projects.

Peter Berry discussed the three main options he has found (Lightpath, NEON Communication/CL&P and SNET.

Mike Yeosock will be checking the Federal Regulations on the city leasing the fiber.

All Correspondence to Peter Berry should be CC'd to all Committee members.
