ITT COMMITTEE MINUTES

April 2, 2003

ATTENDANCE: John Lindquest, Ed Schmidt, Gerald Foley, John Silbert, Larry Manzi, Craig Reichenbach, Dave Lepus, Peter Berry, Mike Yeosock, Kevin Poruban,
David Wrinn, Chris Buswell

Peter Berry discussed sections to the RCC Needs Assessment Report that were not finished, specifically the GIS and Chief Tech. Officer.

Maps were reviewed for proposed expansion of the existing fiber loop.

Several Sites (that were in close proximity of the fiber loop) were selected to be added to the existing fiber loop.

Wireless options were discussed, with the Norwalk Hospital being the best site for providing wireless to other sites. RCC will look into the wireless possibilities.

 

The next meeting will be at 3 pm in room 231 on April 9th, 2003.
