Meeting was called to order at 3:02 PM.

The minutes from the January 19th meeting were approved unanimously.

Karen Del Vecchio said that a conference call was in progress discussing the
statement of work for the City Telephone Solution. There will be a unified
dialing plan meeting tomorrow to discuss consecutive DIDs.

AT & T did a walkthru at Brien McMahon High School. Bill Ireland was in the
new Police Station checking out the status of the COs. Dave Wrinn said
that the move in date for the new Police Station is April 4th but that it won't
actually occur until two weeks later.

Hal Alvord said that we should look to "package" the City Hall Building cabling
RFPs so that we can entice small businesses. One possibility can be to offer the
option of a bid bond or a certified check. There was a general discussion about
the poor quality of drawings and the role it plays in getting responses from
vendors. The next step will be to see if it is possible to contact the original
architect to see if there is an electronic version of the drawings still
available.

Gerald Foley said that we have received bid submissions from the copier RFP. He
will prepare questions for the shortlist of vendors.

We are waiting for invoices from DBO on the MAN project.

Hal Alvord mentioned that there is going to be a technical amendment to the
council's approval on the Customer Service Center contract.

Frank Sarno mentioned that the Registrar has looked at the converted Voter
database on the CVRS System in Hartford on Tuesday, and that the Registrars
will do some additional evaluation in their office's by reviewing data the
State has sent to us. The deadline for signing off on Norwalk's compliance is
January 31st. A decision has yet to be made whether the Registrar will be using
the in house system as well.

Karen Del Vecchio mentioned that there will be meetings in February to look at
getting an Active Directory network started for the Police in the new Station.
The goal is to phase out the NT 4.0 Domain City wide.

There was nobody present from the BOE to comment on the 601 PC bid request, so
Gerald will email Craig to invite his participation in the committee review. It
will also give the members an opportunity to ask questions about the request.

Consent items A, B, and C were approved by the committee except for Consent Item
