ATTENDANCE: Ed Schmidt, Gerald Foley, Larry Manzi, Dave
Lepus, Kevin Poruban, John Lindquist, David Wrinn, Chris Buswell, Peter Berry,

Mike Latessa
Peter Berry reviewed changes for the MAN RFP stating that he incorporated
the answers to the questions into the RFP. Peter also said we now have Forty
sites and that the fiber optic infrastructure will be a new exhibit on the
RFP.
The migration plan was discussed and Peter said he will add the migration plan to the RFP.
The tentative date for putting out the RFP is Friday October 10th.
John Lindquist will speak with Jane Kellogg (Erate consultant), as Gerald Foley recommended that an Erate consultant review the updated MAN RFP and help with filing the form 470.
It was determined that a meeting should be scheduled with BOE and Library so we can review last years Erate filing and this years form 470.
Peter Berry also reviewed the RCC project matrix, which consisted
of the current Norwalk projects RCC is working on. These included the MAN,
Brien McMahon High School, Police Station and Combined Dispatch, SONO Library,
and the Maritime Garage.
Armand Madeo discussed the Backups and Recovery Plan, stating
that he is in the process of creating an RFP.
