Krieger and Associates, Rachel Loeb and Ryan McDonough of
GLC Development Resources

Co-Chairman Walter Briggs called the meeting to order at 5:10 pm. He introduced Alan Mountjoy of Chan Krieger and Associates.
Mr. Mountjoy reviewed the team members, scope of the project, and goals of the Mid Harbor Planning Analysis. Rachel Loeb of GLC Development Resources reviewed their fiscal/economic analysis to date including GLC’s analysis of the residential, office, retail, cultural facilities/museum and maritime industrial and commercial uses markets. Mr. Mountjoy discussed the Mid-Harbor as a regional destination and presented various comparisons and examples of locations where harbor areas are a catalyst for economic activity. Mr. Mountjoy reviewed the results of their physical analysis to date, including pedestrian and vehicular circulation, public open spaces, and existing zoning.
The Mid-Harbor Development Committee approved the following meeting schedule:
