Mayor Knopp opened the meeting at 8:05 and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance .He then called the National Championship “TMT Basketball Team” of Norwalk. He gave each of the team members a copy of the Proclamation.

of Middletown, Connecticut for providing a feasibility study, consulting and
support services associated with the design development of the proposed
cogeneration building system for the Norwalk High School project, for an
amount not-to-exceed $53,000. Acct. # 09045010-5777-B0310 Authorized

Thompson’s architectural/ engineering design services contract for the
Norwalk High School Project, for additional compensation for design services
associated with the cogeneration system design and commissioning, for an
amount no-to-exceed $95,000. Acct. # 09045010-5777-B0310 Authorized

3. Authorize the Mayor, Alex A. Knopp, to apply and to execute any and all
permits, grant/energy rebate applications and agreements and implement said
agreements necessary for the incorporation of a Cogeneration System
(Combined Heat and Power) as part of the Norwalk High School Improvement
Project. Authorized

Building Services for the installation of a high efficiency gas fired boiler at the
Keystone House for a total not to exceed $42,840.00. Acct.#0905 7100-5777-

2b. Authorize the Office of Building Management to issue Change Orders on
contract for a total not to exceed $4,284.00. Authorized

3. Authorize the Mayor, Alex A. Knopp, to execute an Amendment to extend
Service Management Group, LLC’s contract for Building General Maintenance,
Mechanical Engineering and janitorial Services until April 1, 2006 for an
additional total amount not to exceed $258,216.00. Acct. # 014071-5266

1. Authorize the Mayor, Alex A. Knopp, to enter into an agreement with the Sound
Cyclists Bicycle Club for their Annual Bloomin Metric Bike Tour to be held on
Sunday, May 21, 2006 from 5:00A.M. – 6:00P.M. at Shady Beach and Taylor
Farm. Set up will take place on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 12:00 PM and take
down by Monday, May 22, 2006 at 12:00PM. Estimated attendance 3,000.

2. Approve the use of the Showmobile by the Police Athletic League for their
annual Pumpkin Festival to be held on Saturday, October 15, 2005 on the
Norwalk Green. Approved
3. Approve the use of the Showmobile by the American Legion Post 12 for their
annual Community Tree Lighting Service to be held on Sunday, November 27,
2005. Approved

5. Authorize the Mayor, Alex A. Knopp, to enter into an agreement with the Norwalk Exchange Club to provide for parking at the Annual Norwalk In-Water Boat Show on September 22-25, 2005 for a sum not to exceed $8,400.00 Acct. # 016027-5258 Authorized

6. Approve the use of the Showmobile by the SONO Celebration, Inc. for an
outdoor celebration “Night of the Living Dead” to be held on Saturday, October
29, 2005 in Amberjacks Parking area in South Norwalk. Approved

7. Authorize the Mayor, Alex A. Knopp, to enter into an agreement with the March
of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation for their annual Walk America to be held at
Calf Pasture Beach on Sunday, August 30, 2006 from 10:00AM - 3:00 PM. Set up
will begin at 5:30 AM with clean up by 5:00 PM. Estimated attendance 500-700 Authorized
