1a. Authorize the Mayor, Richard A. Moccia, to execute a contract with Quality

but not limited to, the filing of an Environmental Land Use Restriction (ELUR)]
as required by the CT Department of Environmental Protection relating to the
closeout of environmental site remediation work at the New Police Station.”
New action shall be as follows:
“Authorize the Mayor Richard A. Moccia, to execute any and all documents,
including but not limited to a "Declaration of Environmental Land Use
Restriction (ELUR) And Grant of Easement" as required by the State Department
of Environmental Protection in connection with the closeout of the environmental

Moccia to enter into an agreement with the White Winged Dove for a Road Race (Chill Chase 5K Road Race, Benefiting Norwalk’s Sister City Project) to bee held at Calf Pasture Beach and local streets on Saturday, August 25, 2007 from 7:30am – 10:00am. Estimated attendance 250. Authorized
2. Approve the use of the Show Mobile by the South Norwalk Business Association for their Annual Splash event to be held on Sunday, June 3, 2007. Approved
3. Authorize the Mayor, Richard A. Moccia to enter into an agreement with the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection for funding under the Clean Vessel Act for the Operation and Maintenance of a Marine Sewage Disposal facility. X. SUSPENSION OF THE RULES

necessary to apply for and accept grant funds from the Connecticut Department
of Education under the Youth Service Bureau Grant Program for 2007-2008. Authorized
1b. Authorize the Mayor, Richard A. Moccia, to execute any and all agreements, documents, instruments and amendments thereto as may be necessary to implement a Youth Service Bureau Program, pursuant to such grant funding. Authorized
