The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.

Mr. Mann moved the following item to the Common Council agenda:

CLAIMS COMMITTEE: RECEIVE THE MONTHLY CLAIMS REPORT: REVIEW AND APPROVE CLAIMS AS REQUIRED FOR CLAIMS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 2, 2002.

Mr. Mann stated that due to the fact there was no quorum at this meeting, the following agenda items would be discussed at a later date.

APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE FOLLOWING FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING: SEPTEMBER 4, 2002.

 

DELINQUENT TAX REPORT: RECEIVE REPORT AND DISCUSS.

DICUSSION ON TAX COLLECTION SERVICES PROPOSAL.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 pm.
