To establish AfterSchool Alliance training institute offering courses to out of school time program directors, site managers, front line workers, teenagers supporting programs and volunteers.

Training Themes

Address mandated/required training for DPH Licensed programs

Improve Academic support through various methods including technology, homework help,

Staff Development

Strengthen Enrichment activities

Blueprint Goals being addressed

3) Develop programs for all out of school time programs that create a greater understanding about diversity
