Labor Relations

To provide
personnel and labor relations services to all City departments; to assist
departments in recruiting, selecting and training new employees; to
administer the City compensation plans, maintain employee records, and
conduct analysis of job classifications; to administer the City's employee
benefit programs; to conduct periodic employee training and safety programs;
and to represent the City's interest in collective bargaining, grievance
and arbitration matters.
