To maintain
and supervise the general accounting function for the City and to manage
the recording, deposit and investment of funds; to record all financial
transaction of the City and prepare the City's financial reports in
a timely and accepted format; to provide accounting and reporting functions
for special revenue grant programs, and to insure that grant funds are
expended in accordance with grant agreements and program objectives.
