To Pay your parking tickets by phone call: 866-430-4807 and follow the prompts. Please have your Parking Ticket Number and Mastercard or Visa ready.

Please send your parking ticket and a check made out to:

You may pay in person by visiting us at the Norwalk Parking Bureau at:

The Parking Bureau Office is located inside the Maritime Garage. Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

We accept cash, Mastercard and Visa and personal checks with identification.

Please bring your parking ticket with you to the Parking Bureau Office.
