The Redevelopment Agency will advance the full amount of the contract and be reimbursed in the amount of $25,000 by the City out of the contingency funds for master planning and the Payment-in-Lieu of Parking Fund. The contract is for the purpose of updating the 1986 Norwalk Business District Management Plan for the greater Wall Street Area and to recommend amendments to the 1962 Wall-Main Urban Renewal Plan for Agency consideration. |
