    Music & Entertainment Event Schedule A celebration of the life and music of John Lennon is among the highlights of this year’s First County Bank Summer Concert Series at Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk. Other performances pay tribute to Jimmy Buffett, Johnny Cash, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Neil Diamond and The Eagles. Popular regional rock & roll bands for classic car shows include Tim Currie’s Motown Band Review. Open Mic Night at Freese Park, Join us for music and entertainment every evening from Tuesday through Sunday.

    “Walk with Us” – Mayor Rilling and his wife Lucia invite you to join them every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. for a walk. The next walk will be Saturday, August 1st. Join them for the Golden Hill Route 2, which begins at 8 a.m. in the Ben Franklin Center Parking lot. It is a one mile loop on the NorWalker Map, shown on the City’s website www.norwalkct.org. Parking is free and the route is mostly sidewalked and somewhat hilly.

Amelia’s Florist and Farm Market (Hamden, CT) will bring a variety of fruits and vegetables for purchase at the market this year. Space is available for additional vendors offering healthy foods.
