The deadline to make any changes for this enrollment period is Thursday, December 3rd at 11:59 pm
Your new elections will go into effect on January 1, 2016.
The open enrollment process for calendar year 2016 will be done online only through Employee Self Service (ESS). You will be able to access all information and make your benefit elections for 2016 through the following link: https://my.norwalkct.org/MSS/
