The Purchasing and Central Services Department is responsible for:
  • All business operations with the city: Such as providing vendor guidelines and purchasing all city procurements (with the exception of those procurements by the Public Works Department and the Board of Education)
  • All city bids,  Including bid activity, bid addendum, and insurance policies
