Program Registration Information

Register online for programs

Register by mail, fax or in person
Fill out a Program Registration Form. Simply mail the completed form along with a Credit Card Number or Check (payable to City of Norwalk) to:

Completed Registration Forms with Credit Card payments may also be faxed to the department's office at (203) 854-7869.

**No registration is can be accepted without payment.

Payment Information
As of September 1, 2014 the Recreation and Parks office will no longer accept cash .  Checks must be made payable to the City of Norwalk (include drivers license number on check) and may be mailed or dropped off at our department's main office. If paying by credit card, please be sure to include your Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, and name on the card along with completed registration form.

Policies & Program Information
Information may differ from program to program, including fee payments and registration dates, so please read each program description carefully. In general, regulations concerning program registration are as follows:
  • A late fee of $10 will be charged to all participants registering the day the program starts or after the start of the program
  • Late registrants (anyone registering after the starting date of the program) may only register at the Recreation and Parks Office
  • No refunds or credits will be granted unless the participant has a doctor's note or Recreation and Parks cancels the program.

For all cancellations, please call the department's cancellation line at (203) 854-7938 as soon as possible.
