Safety Spotlight -
The City continues to monitor the path and severity of Hurricane Sandy. We are currrently working with City Departments and community partners on preparedness activities well in advance of the Storm.

Residents in the coastal areas in Norwalk and those who have flooded in the past should be preparing their homes for damage as well as evacuations. The primary shelter for this storm will be Brien McMahon HS on Highland Ave. The shelter is pet friendly but residents should come with pet crates/ carriers.
