ELECTION:
BY MAIL:
For the November 8,2016 Election: The last day to register to vote by mail is Tuesday, November 1, 2016, to the Registrar's Office (Room 122, City Hall), or by hand-delivery to the DMV, or voter-registration agency.

IN PERSON:
Note: Persons whose rights as to age, citizenship, or residence mature after November 1, 2016, may apply up to Noon November 7, 2016.

Also Note: Connecticut now allows for Election Day Registration (EDR), so if you have not registered to vote by the above cut-off dates, it is still possible this year to come into City Hall on Election Day — November 8 (between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M.) register and vote. Persons wishing to do so must have a valid I.D. and with current proof of Norwalk residency (30 days or less) — and vote at City Hall.

There is no EDR either at regular polling places, or for the primary.
