General Insurance Requirements
At least five days before the contract is executed and prior to commencement of work there under, the contractor will be required to file a certificate of insurance, executed by an insurance company satisfactory to the Corporation Counsel and in a acceptable form, to the Corporation Counsel.

The policy shall name the City of Norwalk as additional insured parties and state that, with respect to the award, the contractor carries insurance in accordance with the City of Norwalk's complete insurance requirements.
