The Mayor's Office provides leadership for the executive branch of the city government and oversees services provided to city residents.

Additional services provided by the department include:

• Giving press releases and announcements as needed
• Maintaining several city applications and permits
• Maintaining the Norwalk Concert Hall's online schedule
• Providing important programs including the:
• • Building Futures Through Mentoring Program
  • Summer Youth Employment Program 
  • Working with the City Clerk and associated staff members
