The Dunne’s Hardware Store exhibit
consists of the interior of the hardware store, the store was operated
by the Dunne family in Norwalk’s Liberty Square from 1912 until it
closed in 2003. Cash registers, scales, display cases, and wooden
storage walls recreate the feel of a 19th century hardware store.
You can almost hear the horse and buggy tied up outside.
