PARK/BEACH STICKERS: The 2005 – 2007 park/beach
sticker will be mailed to all registered park/beach sticker holders for the
2003 – 2005 season in March of 2005.
If you have not registered for a Park/Beach you can
either mail in the form with a copy of your current car registration (if the
car is leased, you also need a copy of 2 utility bills with your Norwalk address)
and a self addressed and stamped envelope to City Hall, Recreation & Parks
Department, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 and we will mail the sticker
to you or you can come into the office Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
RESIDENT, NON-RESIDENT & BOAT LAUNCH STICKERS
Residents who currently have the 2003- 2004 Beach sticker on their vehicles will be mailed the 2005 Beach Stickers in February 2005. Those that have new vehicles, windshields can mail in applications or come in person, Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm or the weekend hours listed below.
Resident, Non-Resident, and Boat Launch stickers are now available by mail! Applications are available in Norwalk at the local libraries, the Recreation and Parks Department, and on-line at www.norwalkct.org.
The non-resident fee for beach entrance is $15.00 per car Monday – Friday before 5:00PM; $20.00 per car Saturdays and Sundays before 5:00pm; $5.00 per car after 5:00PM seven days a week.
RESIDENT STICKER - INSTRUCTIONS
A Norwalk resident may obtain a beach sticker at the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department, Norwalk City Hall, Room 129 on only the following days from 8:30AM – 12:00PM:

The Resident Sticker entitles you to parking at Calf Pasture and Shady Beaches, the Norwalk Transfer Station, and resident parking in all other parks.
Transfer Station information: All non-commercial vehicles shall display the resident sticker. Disposal hours: Passenger vehicles: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm, Saturdays 6:00am – 2:00pm/
Or Monday through Friday at the Recreation and Parks office from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
1. Fill in name, address, and marker number. Make a copy of your current vehicle registration and enclose it with the application.
2. Fill in you home phone and business phone number and sign the form.
Resident Sticker Application
a. Resident sticker holders must be a resident of Norwalk or property owner
in the City of Norwalk
b. Non-resident property owner must provide tax receipt or property deed with
the vehicle registration
c. Residents with leased vehicles and out of town registration must show proof of residency and registration – this includes two utility bills and a copy of your lease, deed
d. Renters in the City of Norwalk must provide a copy of your lease and
two (2) utility bills (bills must be under the same name as that on the car
registration)
3. Make checks payable to the City of Norwalk (if applicable) for the appropriate
amount. Checks that are returned by the Bank are subject to a $20.00 charge
and sticker will be voided.
4. If your sticker application does not include a return envelope with postage, you will not receive your sticker in time for opening weekend – May 21, 2004.
5. Send this form, your check (if applicable), a copy of your vehicle registration, appropriate documents (see above), and a self -addressed stamped envelope back to: Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk CT 06856-5125.
6. You will receive your sticker in the mail approximately 2 weeks after completed application is received.
7. Stickers are non-transferable.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED STICKERS.
THERE WILL BE A $20.00 CHARGE FOR A REPLACEMENT STICKER IF THE ORGINAL ONE IS
NOT RETURNED. IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR VEHICLE PLEASE REMOVE THE BEACH STICKER
AND RETURN IT TO THE CITY FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT STICKER
NON-RESIDENT STICKER - INSTRUCTIONS
NON-RESIDENT STICKER REQUIREMENTS
The following stickers allow holders to park in the main lot at Calf Pasture
Beach.
Non-Resident: These stickers are available to residents in New Canaan,
Redding, Ridgefield, Weston and Wilton.
Off-Peak Non-Resident: Allows holder to enter Calf Pasture Beach Monday through
Fridays after 5:00pm.
Corporate Lunch Pass: Available to Norwalk Corporations or Businesses only,
to be use Monday through Friday between the hours of 11:00am – 3:00pm.
· Stickers may be purchased via mail, or at the Norwalk Recreation
and Parks Department during the following hours: Wednesdays 8:30am – 5:00pm
Residents from the towns of New Canaan, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston, and Wilton may purchase the 2004 Non-Resident sticker for $160.00 per vehicle. The 2004 Non-Resident sticker entitles you to parking in Calf Pasture beach main lot only.
The 2004 off-Peak Non-Resident sticker entitles you to enter Calf Pasture Beach Monday through Fridays after 5:00PM. Vehicles displaying this sticker may only park in Calf Pasture Beach main lot. This sticker may be purchased for $40.00.
Norwalk Corporations or Businesses can purchase a Corporate Lunch Pass. The pass can be used Monday through Fridays, 11:00am – 3:00pm (except holidays). The cost is $40.00 per vehicle. If a corporation purchases 30 or more the cost is $30.00 per pass. No passes will be issued to a P.O. Box. Send a list of your employees’ vehicle registration numbers along with this application.

REPLACEMENT STICKER
In order to obtain a replacement sticker (which may be necessary if you sell your car), you must go to the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department with your car registration. If you sell your car, please remember to remove the beach sticker because it gives you access to city facilities.
If you lose your sticker or do not bring it in with your old
sticker for replacement, there will be a $20.00 administrative fee to replace
it.
BOAT STICKERS
BY MAIL
Norwalk Residents can now obtain Boat Stickers by mail. Applications are available at the following locations:
1. Local Library 2. On-line at www.norwalkct.org
3. Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department, City Hall.
The 2004 Norwalk Resident Boat Sticker entitles you to launch you vessel at Veteran’s Park, Seaview Avenue, Norwalk.
Boat stickers will not be issued to P.O Boxes or to a business. Send a copy of your current vessel registration along with this application to Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06856-5125. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your application so that we can send your sticker to you. Failure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope will cause a significant delay in processing your request. Checks, if necessary, may be made out to the "City of Norwalk".
Remember the boat must be registered in the City of Norwalk.
Stickers will be mailed to you. Any checks returned to us by the Bank will be subject to a $20.00 charge.
Boat stickers will be available April 15th , 2004.
BOAT STICKER REQUIREMENTS
· Boat Stickers may be obtained through the mail
or at the Recreation and Parks department as of April 15, 2004, Monday through
Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Applications are located in Norwalk at the local libraries, Recreation and Parks
Department, and on-line at www.norwalkct.org
· Residents $15.00 Boat Sticker fee per season prior to July 1st ; after
July 1st $20.00
· All boats must be registered in the City of Norwalk in order to receive
a launch sticker
· Norwalk residents who have boats registered out of town and non-residents
can buy a season pass for $120.00 at the City launching ramps at Veterans Park.
· All boaters must have their stickers affixed to their vessels by May
21st, 2004. After May 21st residents without stickers will be charged a launch
fee of $15.00 on weekdays, and $20.00 on weekends and holidays.
· After July 1st, 2004 an administrative fee of $20.00 will be charged
to all residents for boat stickers.
· To obtain a sticker the applicant must produce a current boat registration
as proof of Norwalk residency.
· Stickers may be obtained in person

A Norwalk Resident may obtain a boat sticker
at the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department, Norwalk City Hall on the following
days only:

REPLACEMENT STICKER
In order to obtain a replacement sticker (which may be necessary if you sell your boat), you must go to the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department with your boat registration (remember vessel must be registered in Norwalk). If you sell your boat, please remember to remove the sticker.
If you lose your sticker or do not bring it in with your old sticker for replacement, there will be a $20.00 administrative fee to replace it.
