Below please find application forms detailing
the process for making applications to the Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of
Appeals and Planning Commission. The application for a zoning permit is not provided
here; since this form must be completed in triplicate, an original form must be
obtained from the Planning & Zoning office. Our office is located at Norwalk
City Hall at 125 East Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut, in Room 221 on the second
floor. Office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
