Meeting called to order at 11:00am
Treasurer Report:
PAC People Paid at Luncheon (Treasurers Report) - $ 10.50/person (first 2 members free, 10.50/person any additional department person)
Enfield paid $ 10.50 (1 extra person)
State police paid $ 31.50 (3 extra persons)
Manchester paid $ 42.00 (4 extra persons)
State Capitol paid $ 10.50 (1 extra person)
Farmington paid $ 21.00 (2 extra persons)
Uconn paid $ 10.50 (1 extra person)

Since there is currently no President in place Cindy Sullivan called the meeting to order as the incoming VP starting in January 2007. Linda Carlin, Treasurer took minutes on behalf of Secretary, Tom Kulhawik who had to attend a Tactical Interoperability Communications Emergency Drill in Norwalk.

Nominations: Cindy Sullivan spoke to the PAC and mentioned if no one was interested in being President Tom Kulhawik said he would do it. Cindy nominated Tom for President, it was seconded. Cindy then nominated Tom Fowler for the position of Secretary to take the place of Tom Kulhawik and it was seconded. Dan Brennan from Monroe then nominated Cliff Scharf for President which was also seconded .Due to the fact that Tom K said he would do it if no one else was interested, his nomination and well as Tom Fowler's nomination to replace him were rescinded. Cliff will be the only nomination for President and Tom will stay as secretary.

MISCELLANEOUS
Next Meeting scheduled for Jan. 10th at 9:30 am at Police Academy Room TBA. PAC members are asked to bring a couple sample files and any policy issues or standard issues to the meeting.
