Meeting called to order at 9:45 am.

Old Business
State Accreditation: Meeting for agencies still pending. All changes and revisions have been completed. Timetable pending a meeting of agencies in state process. Meeting to be scheduled by Chief Marron, Granby Police Department.
PROPOSED ON-SITE CHANGES: Deputy Chief Bouchard emailed PAC's resolution against proposed on-sites changes. Email received from CALEA distributed. On-sites to move up as previously reported. Also noted in email was the mention that on-sites could be scheduled during the entire 3 month period leading up to conference cut-off. I.E. For March meeting, on-sites would have to be completed by January 1, but could be scheduled in October, November or December.
New Business
MOCK ON-SITES: PAC conducted mock on-site for Farmington Police on March 7. New Canaan requesting mock in July or August.
CALEA CONFERENCE: Sgt Kulhawik and Sgt Weinberg will be attending PAC President's meeting in Las Vegas on March 22, 2000 at 3:00pm. Issues to be introduced for discussion:
- On-Site Date Changes
- Commentary changes previously addressed by PAC
- Assessor issues involving qualifications, make-up of team and right of appeal.
ACCREDITATION VIDEO: PAC's video produced by Farmington Police needs to be updated. In addition, State Accreditation video needs to be produced. Farmington Police to work with UCONN and Deputy Chief Bouchard on video projects.
