Meeting called to order at 9:30am

Treasurer Report: No report available.

Secretary Report: Minutes accepted as submitted.

CALEA

Alliance issue pending at this time. Issues relate to use of CALEA trained assessors; Verbatim use of standards; and Inability for B-C and D size agencies to renew recognition with CALEA after initial recognition period.

STATE ACCREDITATION

Video pending receipt of proper computer equipment for editing.

Waterford PD to be presented for State Accreditation Tier One at POST-C meeting tomorrow. (3/2/06)

One day conference will be postponed to the fall or sometime in 2007.

New standards will be presented to POST Council for approval in May. Agencies would have one year to convert.

Onsites: West Haven - April; Ridgefield - May; Wolcott and Wallingford to follow.
