Meeting called to order at 0940
Guest speakers – Victim Services
Jennifer Billings – New Britain Police Department

Secretary’s report – accepted without changes
Policy Sub-committee
Profiling policy – may not address the standard – all people and all Contacts (search warrants, asset forefiture, training Issue of once a year)
Early Warning System – probably ok
State Accreditation
Meeting for Friday is cancelled.Monroe Mock On-site is scheduled for May 23.
Elections – Nominations:
Ray Bouchard for President – emphasized that the president should be an accreditation Manager.
Tina for Vice President
Secretary and Treasurer are unopposed.
Schedule – June meeting – June 12 at 0930 in Manchester
Have issues ready for the July CALEA conference
No meetings in July or August
New Business:
Capitol P.D. – Mock onsite the second week of August
Pete Agnesi and Chris Gray are going on onsites.

I-84 east to exit 60, take a right at the bottom of the exit, heading eastbound.
Get in the left turn lane; dogleg onto West Middle Turnpike, in front of Cheney Tech High School. Bear Right at next 2 traffic lights.
Continue eastbound on Middle Turnpike approximately 5 miles.
MPD will be on the left beyond Manchester High School (right side) and Illing Middle School (left side, next door)
