- STATE OVERVIEW
Ted Lemay discussed the need to standardize the file construction and documentation requirements to streamline the process. Discussion resulted on the needs of the assessors versus the burden on the accreditation managers in preparing the files. The previous training and desires of assessors in the file construction was discussed and it was decided that a standardized ISSR and file format should be agreed upon. Ted is planning a training day at POST to review these issues with Accreditation Managers. It was suggested that Assessors also attend so that everyone will be on the same page when deciding what should be required in the files. Ted will schedule a date in February for the training and the PAC meeting will be moved to the same date at the academy. Date to be announced.
