Committee continuing to work on model policies. Expect report at November meeting.SIRC ISSUES
Discussed posted info from CALEA on issues from SIRC dealing with Reserve Officers/Auxiliary Officers and Specialized Training. Info available on CALEA web site.HARTFORD CONFERENCE BID
CALEA did not select Hartford as site for upcoming conference, however, will consider bidding for 2004 or 2005.NOVEMBER CONFERENCE
Issues to be raised at November conference should be brought to November PAC meeting for discussion.
Next meeting scheduled for November 14, 2001 - 9:30am - Manchester Police.

I-84 east to exit 60, take a right at the bottom of the exit, heading eastbound.
Get in the left turn lane; dogleg onto West Middle Turnpike, in front of Cheney Tech High School. Bear Right at next 2 traffic lights.
Continue eastbound on Middle Turnpike approximately 5 miles.
MPD will be on the left beyond Manchester High School (right side) and Illing Middle School (left side, next door)
