A: FULLY COMPLETE THE APPEAL FORM PROVIDED ON THE BACK OF THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT CHANGE NOTICE AND RETURN A COPY OF THE COMPLETED FORM WITH COPIES OF ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE ASSESSOR. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRESS THAT YOU SEND COPIES ONLY. WE WILL NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS OR DOCUMENTS. FOR YOUR APPEAL BY MAIL TO BE CONSIDERED, THE OFFICE OF THE ASSESSOR MUST RECEIVE YOUR APPEAL FORM AND ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION ON OR BEFORE THE DATE INDICATED ON THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT CHANGE NOTICE.
