PY45 (FY19) CAPER submission to HUD.
As the administering agent for the City of Norwalk’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (Agency) will submit the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD. This report details the use of CDBG funds over the course of the PY45 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) grant period.

In anticipation of receiving Community Development Block Grant entitlement funding for the 2021-2022 year, the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency and City of Norwalk invite eligible non-profit organizations to apply for funding.
