The Norwalk Fire Department is comprised of the following divisions:
Fire Department response records

For records and information related to Fire Department responses (ie accidents, medical calls, fire dispatch information)  send a written request to the Fire Department at 121 Connecticut Ave. Norwalk 06854. Attention: Assistant Chief or
Do not send requests via Fax! 

Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Records

For information and records related to ambulance transports by Norwalk Hospital- Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Please contact them directly, not the Fire Department or emergency management.

Fire Marshal Reports and Tier II submissions
For building inspections, permits, fire reports and oil tank questions, contact the Fire Prevention Secretary, Paulette Saddler, at 203-854-0244, the Fire marshal or inspectors.

Oil tank removal reports can now be found on-line.

Tier II Reports may now be submitted electronically. 
To submit a report to the Fire Department, email Paulette Saddler
Please include "Tier II Report Submission" in the subject line.

If you need to submit a hard copy, a single copy can be mailed to:
