Art & Text Picture This! Reception
Artists were given a poem and asked to create an original, visual representation of the poem in the medium of their choice.
At the reception we will hear each poet read their poem, and will hear from the artists about their experiences as they allowed the poems to inspire them.

Do you love to dance? Are you ready to get your groove on, get in shape, and have lots of fun? The library is offering free Zumba classes for teens and adults every Monday evening at 6pm in the library's auditorium.

Poetry Workshop with Poet Laureate Bill Hayden
Each workshop we plan to have informal readings of original poems or works in progress, shared by poets, so come prepared to read something that you wrote, or are working on, and want to try out in a safe space. Please bring extra copies to share for the group to make comments on if you wish.
